Our next ARA luncheon will be held on Friday, September 15th, 2023, in the Alcon Crossroads Conference Center (old Alcon cafeteria). Tom McDonald, PhD, is returning to present Part 3 of his book in progress on the first 50-year history of Alcon. His presentation at this luncheon will address the years 1972-1997.

Sign in will start at 11:30 in the Crossroads and the buffet will open at noon.  After lunch we will move to the Schollmaier Auditorium for Tom’s presentation which will start at 1:30.

The presentation will also be available live on WebEx. The link will be sent prior to the event.

If you want to attend, make your reservations no later than September 5th. Please specify if you will join us for the luncheon and the presentation or just the presentation. Also, let us know if you prefer to attend remotely by WebEx. You can email us at ARA-RSVP@alcon-ara.com or leave a voicemail on our new Alcon number, 610-670-3801, to make your reservation.  

As usual for our quarterly luncheons, there is no charge for members and $10 for guests. If you haven’t paid your $10 dues for 2023, you can do so when you sign in or send your check to:

3:30 – Comments and Wrap Up.

4:00 – Event ends.

Parking spaces will be reserved for about 100 attendees in the same location, directly across from Tower A and a short walk to the Alcon Crossroads Conference Center (old cafeteria).

Golf carts will be available for those wanting a ride.
