Alcon associates are eligible to receive a 17% discount on monthly recurring charges.

To obtain discounts for existing AT&T wireless customers:

Call the 1-800 number referenced on your bill and ask to be added to a Foundation Account (FAN).    For GSM units use FAN 34510, for TDMA units use FAN 34439.

OR

Visit any Corporate Owned AT&T Retail Store (not an “agent” or national retailer like Best Buy); provide them the Sponsorship Foundation Account Number (FAN) of 94444, as well as your Alcon Retiree Gold Card.  Business cards will not be accepted.
